Some thumbnails have been made with Puddle from Hard Boiled Egg multimedia. I am using Alex Cech's PUD Image now which yields better results although the pictures are larger (the files are more than twice as large as before). I'll gradually update the descriptions with the new pictures. To convert the bitmaps to gif, I have used Lview pro.
Any other programs used to create the PUD pages have been written by myself.
