Description:  A 'blast out' pud with an embedded mine in the middle where
              you can't attack your enemies until you sapper through the
              rock walls.  Default unit provide everyone with an alchemist/
              inventor as an optional scenario where invasions will come
              much sooner.

Game Setup:   Starting positions are opposite so fixed order, TVB, would
              place allies opposite each other.  In four player games, fixed
              order would place players in alternating slots, with empty slots
              between them.
